Overview
Took the classic wine quality dataset and ran a full EDA — distributions, correlations, outlier analysis, and feature relationships across red and white wine variants. Used Plotly throughout so the charts are interactive rather than static. Good exercise in knowing which visualization to use for which question, and in making findings actually readable to someone who isn't staring at the raw numbers.
