Overview
A straightforward regression project on a real estate dataset from Sindian District, Taiwan. Built a multivariate linear regression model and paired it with Plotly visualizations to make the results more readable. Good exercise in feature selection, checking assumptions (linearity, homoscedasticity), and communicating model outputs visually rather than just dumping numbers.
